Eonon D5165 installed but have no sound

I installed the D5165 in my 2006 330 x i BMW and everything is perfect except there is no sound I hooked the item up to separate home speakers and sound cam out great. My factory speakers in the car work fantastic with the factory stereo so i'm quite confused with what's gone wrong. Thanks in advance for any help.

I just bought the same Eonon D5165 unit. after some research, ifyou have the same system as me, 11 speakers with the factory amp in the left side truck under the grey plastic lid, then you have Fibre Optic Audio. which means you will have to re-wire your speakers directly to get sound.

SOURCE: 98 Ram 1500 Speaker issue

I hate to do it, but have to ask, who did the install? Chyslers have that floating ground set-up that has thrown even the best install guys into a fit. When I was doing them, I overcame that with aftermarket installs by running my own separate wires to speakers, and back to stereo. There are adapter plugs that are good for that available too.

I have a eonon car DVD 7 inch that came out a BMW will it hook up to my Mazda protege 2003

every possibility as it is just a dvd player
your problems will be finding the correct wires to connect as the loom wires will be different colors and the connects may not be the same
I would engage the services of an accredited radio, dvd player shop installer that will have experience and possible the correct connections for the change

Installing aftermarket stereo

Sounds like one of your connections are bad. Go through them again and be sure everything is secure. Also, definately check the fader and balance settings, could just be that the fader is set to front and balance is set to left. Also, why did you punch the first one?

Sounds like you have a bad bcm as far as the lights ! The running rough and the cel flashing indicates a misfire condition ! Check your plug wires and see if a critter hasnt chewed a wire !

All vehicles with speedometers (except specially callibrated Police ones) will always read up to +10%,so yours is a perfectly acceptable reading.

I have recently added a Bluetooth ULF module to my car, every thing works except sound. I purchased the system from bimmernav.com, they supplied the old to new harness to connect from the original harness...

Hello Richard, when the ulf module was installed, was the jumper plug installed in the blue 26 pin connector in the left rear corner near the GPS unit. I think that if this plug is missing, you will not get any sound for the interface. This plug is required for vehicles with nav. I think it is called the Voice Input jumper plug.
