SOURCE: CHRYSLER town and country mini van turn signal/flasher

I have a 2005 Chrysler T&C. The turn signal would not work at all or activate incorrect side. The switch is easy to remove as described by dukecityman.

Once the switch is of, it has four screws holding it together.I took this apart to find that there was a circuit-board which was contaminated with dirt. wiped it of, put it back together, working fine.

If you take it apart use caution. there are parts on the "top" which will fall out. ( they go right back in) The circuit-board is on the "bottom" half. You really only need to take this part off. (less moving parts)

Your going to replace it anyway, whats the harm?

Why does fuse keep blowing on 2012 town and country Chrysler van seats

There is a short to ground somewhere in the circuit that the fuse protects. It could be one of the motors for the seats that has shorted out, or it could be on any wire that is on that circuit. Wires can get chaffed, or bent around edges and the insulation gets worn off. Then when the exposed power wire touches metal, it causes a spark, shorting to ground like that, and blows the fuse at the same time.
You will have to kind of track that circuit down. I would start at the motors on the seats, note where all the connections are, and follow the wiring path as best you can. You might try unplugging individual parts, like the individual motors or parts of the circuit where connectors are, and then see if a new fuse still blows, you may be able to track it down that way. Wherever the problem is, there is probably quite a bit of heat associated with the shorting. When you are feeling around, keep that in mind. Keep in mind also that without a wiring diagram, you can't be certain that the power seats are the only thing on that circuit. It is possible, maybe even probable, but you would need to verify it with a wiring diagram showing the power seats circuit. good luck.

2004 town & country having problems when I go to get inspection the van will not communicate with scan tool has had computer replaced was the same before we replace any ideas?

Do you have a check engine lamp on (MIL) ??
the OBDII port is fused, if that ecm or ecu fuse blows they will not be able to communicate with the computer through the OBDII port,
check your owners manual if you can not find that fuse, it is there

My 25 amp fuse for the asd keeps blowing on my 2001 town & country

The ASD powers the ignition coil, 6 injectors, two heated o2 sensors, and the alternator field. I wold unplug all but the o2 sensors and see if the fuse blows. If not blown plug things back in until it blows. If this doesn't fix it I can give you more steps.

Which fuse goes to heated seats on a 2002 Town and Country LX Chrysler Van?

You really need to look in the fuse box under the dashboard to the left of the driver's seat. There you will find, under the fuse box cover, the words next to the fuse!

2000 Town and Country. Blower motor, turn signals and power seats quit. all at once. cant figure out where to check.

the culprit is fuse f12 -a 10 amp fuse on the right end of the small fuse panel by below the hood release under the dash. I had same problem - something is blowing the fuse; in my case it was something in the backup light circuit. This fuse is the power source for the relay coils that power all the other circuits that stopped working.
