12v battery charge doesn't work in car

A few reasons why the charger is not charging the battery: The charger itself is not working; The battery will not take a charge, the battery can be 'dead'. If you can, connect the charger to another battery, just to see if it is working. The charge indicator needle will move. If you have confirmed that the charger is working, then the battery may be beyond charging. Make sure the connections from the charger to the battery terminals are tight.

Voltech 40 amp battery charger not working only the fan is working

If your model is a BC-1240P-1. Try doing a Reset.
1. Switch off the charger.
2. Disconnect the positive wire at the rear of the charger for at least 30 seconds (Make sure wire doesn't touch any metal object)
3. Re-connect positive wire on charger terminal. (Make sure connection is secure and tight)
4. Switch on charger.

He said his battery charger is not working, this has nothing to do with the car not starting or charging? So if anyone can recomend what he needs to do to get his battery charger working would be helpful to him.

Phone car charger keeps blowing fuse

The only thing short of the socket being bad would be the wrong fuse being used, some fuses are special ones.

The fuse is fine, but when i put the car charger in it still doesnt work my car is a 2002 pontiac bonneville

Most car chargers have a fuse in the part that plugs in. you can unscrew the tip and check the fuse. But first plug in another charger and see if it works.

Power socket in middle counsole wont charge my cell phone

Check the fuse for the socket and check to see if the charger works in a different vehicle. The chargers will also have a fuse inside them that can go bad. If the fuse isn't burnt out for the socket and the charger doesn't work in another car than its probably the fuse in the charger.

Does Volvo cigarette ligher socket accept standard chargers?

Check the fuse in the car charger, and try in another car. The manual with should show where the fuse location. (because it worked befor you charged it,sounds like the car cord fuse is blown or the cord is defected)
