My keys lost their programms

Unlikely both keys have lost the programming.

Remove the car battery and give it a full charge, leave side light switch "on" while battery is removed to provide discharge path for the engine management system. Refit battery and try again.

My smart key is not working. i opened the door with the key part located inside the fob. is there a way to start the car with this key part? i do not see a key hole

Hello. Your smart key needs the battery replaced.

You can start the car, with a weak smart-key battery.

Position the smart key right above the start button. The Smart-key receiver will communicate with the smart key passively. The smart key must be held on the dash, above the start button.

Locked out my 2000 S430

there is a mechanical key that slides out of your smart key. I beleive the release tab is at the base of the smart key. You can then put the mechanical key in the tumbler and unlock your vehicle.
