I would say either you have bad cv joints
or they may have beeb damaged some with
all that other work
The question you should ask yourself & the shop
is why is it there now & not before all that work.
Were all transaxle & motor mounts bad & missed as well
or the cradle moved for some reason
You had it Wheel Alignment I hope
You can't do a rack & not alignment

Testimonial: "I'm a dumbass. I found the problem. The mechanic didn't tighten the lugs down and the studs were hitting the disc when the load would change from forward to reverse. "

SOURCE: 2003 Dodge Caravan Front end clunk.

Had similar problem with 2003 Dodge GC. Replaced the parts you mention + rack & pinion, then to fix the now noticable whining noise, replaced power steering pump and pulley. Fortunately was under an extended warrentee at 46k miles.

I have a 2005 grand caravan that makes a clunk noise when I put it in park. Should I be concerned? It has 62000 miles on it.

check the front engine mount. it is probably worn.
have someone shift from reverse to drive to reverse to drive while holding their foot on the brake. if the mount is bad the engine will rock back and forth as the gears are shifted. i have a 1988 caravan and it is just a few bolts to replace it. the mount i bought last week cost $17
