SOURCE: po codes

Almost all codes, generic anyway, can be found using Google
OBD PO !!!
Code won't tell you what is wrong ,or to replace anything
Just a sensor out of range, that has to be tested or wiring
issue,depends on the code

PO 325 DTC was indicated on the diagnostic machine when checked. though i have just PO 105, 401, 1301 but all these have been sorted now left with PO 325. Pls does this imply?

code p0325 refers to knock sensor1 bank1--circuit malfunction===causes--wiring--poor connection ---knock sensor.. Check wiring and connections are clean and tight or replace the knock sensor.. The knock sensor adjusts the air /fuel mixture for proper combustion and reads when there is detonation occurring in the cylinder( Rattling-tinny sound under acceleration)

P0756 code Honda accord 2005

P0756all p07 codes are tranny.

  • Shift Solenoid 'B' Stuck Off (read the FSM page on 756 it tells you how to do the checks )

  • if 756 is cleared. (reset it using the scan tool, drive 20 miles, still set?)?

    if you get them clear, all DTCs
    do the tranny stall test. stated n the FSM.
    stall the torque converter. in 1st gear, parked.
    if rpm is too low the engine has power issues
    if Rpm is way too high (slip?) bad tranny. (or wires to it)

    Check engine light is flashing and car is shaking especially when i accelerate

    You are experiencing a secondary ignition miss fire.The most likely cause would be one or more spark plug wires breaking down .If you can go to a Autozone parts store they can check the codes for free .PO 301 to PO 306 codes would be miss fire codes.:)

    May need to clean the egr valves because if one is stuck then the other bank would be enriched to make up the difference .In order to reset the computer when your done is unhook battery and then reconnect. But realize some radios are subject to needing a code to make them work again because of a theft sensor. Here are some a few sensors and what happens when the don't work right.

    ECT sensor
    Potential Symptoms

    Symptoms of a P0118 could include:

    * Very poor fuel economy
    * A no start condition
    * Vehicle may start, but run very poorly, blowing black smoke, running very rough and misfiring
    * Illumination of MIL

    TPS sensor

    Symptoms of a P0121 trouble code could include:

    * Malfunction Indicator Lamp
    (MIL) illumination (Check Engine Light or Service Engine Soon light)
    * Intermittent stumble on acceleration or deceleration
    * Blows black smoke on acceleration
    * No start

    EGR valve

    Usually a fault in the control circuit, will leave no noticeable symptoms other than the Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination. However, if the EGR control solenoid
    is stuck open due to debris, etc. the code may be accompanied by misfire under acceleration, rough idle, or engine dying altogether.

    You will more than likely not notice any drivability problems, although there may be symptoms such as a lack of power, detonation (spark knock), and/or a hesitation/surge on acceleration.

    A code P0171 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:

    * The MAF (Mass Air Flow) Sensor is dirty or faulty. Note: The use of "oiled" air filters may cause the MAF to become dirty if the filter is over-oiled. There is also an issue with some vehicles where the MAF sensors leak the silicone potting material used to protect the circuitry.
    * There could be a vacuum leak downstream of the MAF sensor.

    These are the main ones
