Question about 1999 Honda Accord
When I purchased this car it came with one key. I had it duplicated in case the key was lost. The key was lost last night and the keys I had duplicated will not open the doors and work with the ignition only. Is there a way to have a key made that will unlock doors as well?
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Hmm, probably a dead battery. The problem with those locks is that they are electrically actuated, not mechanically unlocked. Thats why the key turns easily. If you turn and hold it to the unlock position, and the battery is okay, the windows will roll down. If they dont, then its the batt. Call a mechanic.

SOURCE: My Car wont let me start it
Well, my mom found a little button underneath the dash board on the drivers side. And I guess its kind of like the reset button. So she pushed it and started the car and it was fine!
