2003 chrysler sebring radio power locks and trunk - 0dca3b02-2ac7-4340-af52-b9b4b8689b6d.jpgThis is the fuse panel inside the vehicle on the left side of the end of the dash. I think you have to open the door in order to see the cover to expose the fuses. The fuse I have marked is the only fuse I see in all the wiring diagrams for the circuits you described. hope this is it and a simple fuse change corrects the problem for you.

Thank you so much that was exactly it.. the other night the car would not start we thought the battery was dead but when we went to turn it over it gave us a no bus code in the odomiter so we took it to a garage and they said our computer was dead so almost three hundred dollars later we got it running but to my suprise the radio, horn, trunk, and dome light did not work still the guy at the shop said it was because the computer they got was from the junk yard and some things just wernt going to work right and that there was another computer that might be bad because he already checked all the fuses in the car well he missed this entire set wow not going there again

I would put money that they didn't even put a computer in it. I say this because really no good shop would go to the junk yard but besides that your vehicles computer would have to be what we call flashed to your VIN as well as the security would have to be programmed including each key. Your vehicle you just can't replace the computer and it runs. Just out of curiousity, did he say he needed every key you had for the vehicle ? If he didn't and you had other keys and they still start the car than I am 100 percent sure the computer wasn't replaced new or used. Your keys have a "chip" in them and they need to be programmed. I may be way off and they did do it and asked for the keys and flashed it but it does take some expensive diagnostic equipment in order to do this easpecially a Chrysler. I have been in the businees for 25 plus years. Don't know it all and never will but this is why my business is so hard cause so many people get ripped off because they don't know any better. I hope you didn't get ripped off but like I said am curious about the key thing which would be my way of knowing. In any case glad it was just a fuse and everything is going now.

Thank you sir for your input on this situation.. he told me he was going to a junk yard because the new part would have been upwards of six hundred dollars.. he did not ask for all of my keys but he had my only one.. idk what eles it couild have beed if it wasnt that my wife just told me that when she got to the car after work it was dead she had left the lights on and a guy came to jump it but crossed the cables and she said something was smoking so i checked the fuses I knew of and they all looked fine so that is when i took it to Daves Auto in Warren PA. and he had it for a few hours and told me that it was the cpu... idk this makes me angery i wish there was a way for me to find out if the computer was really changed

SOURCE: Remote car door opener got wet and won't work

Well first open it up completly. Remove the battery. Get a hair dryer and dry it out completly. Then let it stand for several hours to cool down. Make sure that the contacts where the battery fits are clean of any rust, or corrosion. Now install a new battery. It should work.

SOURCE: where is the radio fuse located on 2003 chrysler T&C

According to the Haynes repair manual: "There is no fuse and relay box inside the passenger compartment.  However, there are a number of fuses, relays and circuit breakers in various locations under the dash.  The heated mirror circuits and the circuit for the lower instrument panel power outlet (in the floor console) are fused with self-resetting fuses that are only serviceable by an authorized dealer."  However, in the fusebox under the hood (a.k.a Integrated Power Module) there is a fuse RDO/IP IGN which is the fuse for the radio.  Check this fuse.  Both the radio and the Cigar Lighter are fused through the IPM.

3 prong fuse/relay on bottom of interior fuse panel 2001 plymouth neon there are three of them I need the parts replacement numbers

MAN! I found only ONE device that has 3 prongs or pins! It is called a "TIME DELAY RELAY" but there is only ONE of them showing?

NONE of the "2001 plymouth neon" fuse boxes I've seen has three of anything at the bottom of the fuse panel other than LOTS of fuses!

1985 Cutlass Supreme Brougham...clock and radio fuse keeps blowing not long after being replaced. Thanks in advance for your help.

I would suspect that either the radio or the clock has become defective. I suggest unplugging the radio first and see if the symptoms change. If the fuse blows then unplug the clock and see if the symptoms change, does the fuse still blow? Hopefully you are able to narrow your search down to one of those two devices but if not then unfortunately, the 12volt wire, traveling from the fuse to the two parts, has shorted to ground. I hope this helps you. Please let me know how the repair is going, good luck.

Any kind of charger that i attempt to plug into my cigarett lighter don't charge the devices, does this mean that the fuse has blown and needs replacing? thanks in advance!

The charger should have a light which shows that it has power. Check power at the socket by operating the cigarette lighter. If the lighter heats up you have power at the lighter. If not, locate the fuse box and check the lighter fuse. If the fuse is intact and you have power at the socket the charger is faulty.
Bear in mind chargers also have a fuse in the connector nose. Most unscrew at the nose and the fuse can be removed from the charger.

I have a 1998 ford f 150 and can't get the trailer turn lights working. i checked the fuses all are good so I think it's a relay but I don't know wich one is for the trailer turn lights and the book...

A 1998 has the engine mini fuse panel installed, but it is not documented in your owners manual. Don't know why this is.

You would want to open the engine mini fuse panel, and check the 20A fuse.
This is a picture with the relays documented, as this is not covered in either the 1997 or 1998 owners manual.

Chances are the fuse supplying power to the L & R trailer tow stop / turn relays is blown. Common source for this problem, but could also be the relays ( possible but not probable that both went at the same time ).

You can download the 1997 Owners manual and get the page that has the engine mini fuse panel picture and info.

Peugeot 307 sw ignition switch fuse keeps popping????sometimes the car will start and work normally but other times the dash lights illuminate but nothing works and the car wont start. replace the ignition...

there are three likely problems.... check the battery of the vehicle if the battery is still ok, or the alternator is not supplying the right power and finally the fuse box has some burnt part in it internally...

1996 Audi A4 Air Conditioning Causes Fuse/FuseBox To Melt

facia one fuse 25
facia two relay 16
facia three fuse 5, relay 2, relay 3

all three of the above panels are located on the drivers side (which in the diagram i have is righthand drive).

Those are pretty much all the fuses and relays that control your a/c. the clicking noise you hear is probably one of the three relays i've listed. now i don't know alot about audi's except i'll never own one. but i have a lot of information if you have other questions.

that flickering you noticed could be one of the relays failing or you have a short somewhere in the wiring.

anything else you need feel free to ask

Robert

Please take a moment to rate this solution .. thanks

Incidentally the only reason that i can think of that those parts would melt is that the current is high on those wires. are there any recalls that you are aware of ?
