Question about 1998 Chevrolet Camaro
When gauge shows charge in the red ABS INOP light comes on. Car is hold back really bad like brakes a sticking in forward gears but not in reverse. How is this possible and how do I fix problem. Thanks

These transmissions are computer controlled, and this sounds like you have electronic problems coupled with mechanical transmission problems. I suggest you consult a transmission specialist to diagnose your problems.

You don't say what brakes.
I have had many cavys and worked on them. Great cars.
Your problem sounds like a **** rear wheel cylinder and bad drums/rotors and abs sensor wire.
My car just did everything you describe, I put in new wheel cylinders, drums, brakes, rotors, and 2 new rear brake lines. For less than 200 bucks the car is like new again and has well over 100k.
You can do it yourself. Doesn't take special tools. I followed online how-to's.
