Charge battery... you might have a surface charge somewhere in the system if it just randomly happened

Testimonial: "did charge it /won't stay charged/ new battery in the car now/same thing happens/stated 1 week ago / still happening/car starts when jumped/drains when shut off/ mechanic cannot find problem"

Perform a parasitic drain test.. Before starting if the vehicle has a A/M remote start system completely remove it from the vehicle prior to testing... Then follow these steps: remove the negative cable off the battery, connect a multimeter (DVOM) in series between the battery NEG & NEG cable, choice DC Ammeter, (Make sure to have all doors closed for this test and do NOT open them... ) Now let the car sit for about 20-30 minutes, check the DVOM for current drain. An acceptable drain that wont kill a battery is about 55mA (remember this number).... If you are getting above that number start pulling fuse by fuse in the engine bay fuse box until you see that number decrease below 55mA... If it does not change open the door closest to the interior fuse panel and pull fuse by fuse until you see a drop in drain appear (with door open it should go up to about 200-300mA, make sure all lighting is off as well)

How to reset baterry saver on 2006 cadillac cts?

Disconnect the battery and clean both terminals. Wait about 10 minutes before re-connecting battery terminals. That will reset your car's computer. Should start if there is enough juice in the battery. If you hear a clicking sound when you turn on the engine it means your battery is too low to turn the engine and probably means it's time for a new battery. Get someone to give you a boost and it should start fine. Your battery is probably original equipment and more than 8 years old. Thats about maximum life expectancy for a battery.

Something is draining my battery on my 1998 Cadillac DeVille

I suspect parasitic draw. All vehicles draw some power from the batteries when the car is shut off. Certain accessories such as clocks, radios remote door openers and alarms always need power. The normal power used is called parasitic draw.

It is always a very low draw so it doesn't run the battery down. If you install accessories like shortwave radios or plug things like inverters and portable refrigerators into the accessory socket and operate them too long without the engine running you can drain your batteries to the point where the engine won't start. If there is an electrical short in the vehicle or a malfunctioning accessory it could be drawing much more than its normal load causing a drain on the batteries. If you leave your door open and the inside lights stay on all night you could drain the battery down till the car won't start.

Here's also a good resource for your car specifically on narrowing down the cause of the drain.

2003 cts wont start. i jumped the starter and won't turn over. Battery says 11.9 volts could it be the battery or starter?

Battery voltage is definitely and issue. Charge your battery and have it tested before condemning the starter.

I just changed my oil and Now the car won't start.

Your battery needs to be around 12.6 volts to start. Try jumpstarting your vehicle, or purchase a cheap battery charger for around 20$, and let it charge for a couple hours.
