How do I get the water out from under the carpets of a Subaru 2011 Outback?

Most cars have a set of rubber plugs conveniently located under the carpet and they go through the floor. You can pull them out from underneath the car, or at worst, by pulling off a couple of panels to get to the carpets. They are usually about 1.5 inches in diameter. If you leave them out of the car for a couple of days depending on the weather, the water will dissipate.

remove rear seat cushion to be able to lift carpet for inspection. if its wet under carpet, the entire carpet will need to be removed for inspections and to dry out. many electrial connection are under carpet. i have dealt with these type of problems before in cadillacs. also check in spare tire well for water if carpet is wet.
to further help the concern you may need a techII scan tool and or wiring diagrams specificly for your vehicle. good luck!

1994 passenger carpet ???

Auto manufacturers make replacement parts for 10 years, so your carpet would not be available through a dealership, and I don't know how closely you can match the color if you only replace the passenger side-the original would have to be faded some and not match the new. You can find carpet by the yard at JC Whitney (JCW) on line, which would be the the cheapest way to go. They also offer a complete molded carpet made for your Jeep for $180, and it would look awesome to have all new carpet. Good luck.

Need exact replacement carpeting & pad for 05 Uplander

try contacting the dealer.I did this about 10 years ago with a 85 nissian 300zx and they sent me new carpet fit perfect. Also try contacting auto part stores. You private small auto parts store are usually know more. Also check into restoring car websites. Carpet stores really cant help. I own one and all we do is tell you to get carpet thats close and trace it. Which never looks right.

Water leaking into 2005 Camry 6 cyl under carpet drivers side.

I think that I can help you. It sounds like your drain-tube is plugged up. Get in the passenger side, and pull the carpet back from under the glove box. Look for a black rubber pipe that goes from a black box, and pokes thru the firewall, on the passenger side. Remove the hose from the box, and have a container ready to catch water. If water comes out of the black box, your drain hose is plugged up. Clean out the clog, and you will be golden.
