Is this really a USA car, and 2003 ????
he gave english name P0113 not P "oh" that is a zero.
the ASE/SAE name is IAT.
intake air temp. (from air cleaner box to TB throttle body it is, MPI engines.)

if in europe ISO may have their names.
we are USA forum. so... use USA names, (we invented this )
the Fsm covers this part. it tells you what to do when it fails
do you want us to repeat what is in the book for $4 viewed?
https://suzukipitstopplus.com/Products/1195-2003-vitara-service-manual.aspx

its bad, (very rare) (near impossible to damage)
or unplugged.
or damage by sloppy work near by.

ill now roll the engine dice, and land on, J20 engine?

first google hit. I like this post.

. For the code you have P0113 this is the air intake temperature sensor when its high voltage this means the sensor has a disconnection and it is usually at the harness. or its just not connected someone may have change air filter and did not plug it in may have happenned.(sic)
next time google it, P0xx codes are mostly standardized.
so google works. P1,P2,P3,U,C,B not so.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Code po113

Its the air intake temp sensor. You will find it in the front of the intake somewhere. I am not sure about Geo's but if you have a Haynes or similar manual it will give you this info, you could do a search on internet an find its location. It is going to be on the air intake housing. Sometimes you can do a reset on sensors, but most of the time they dont work. Since the vehicle has some miles on it just replace it. Then clear codes an watch to see if things change. Could be as simple as connector loose

2005 ford escape code po113 and door ajar light is on

Two different problems.
PO113 is a code for the intake air temp sensor.
The sensor could be bad or could be another problem.
The normal test is to take a scanner and "read" the air temp coming from the sensor. It should be around same as the outside air temp.

Autozone reading PO113, PO201, PO204, PO300, PO342, P1627

You may be biting off more then you want to chew.
P0113 is intake air temperature circuit high input.
P0201 is injector circuit malfunction cyl.#1.
P0204 is injector circuit malfunction cyl.#4.
P0300 is random - multiple misfire detected.
There isn't just one reason why these codes came up. A scan-tool is needed to confirm live data and to run some tests to see if these codes are true. some codes come up because something else has malfunctioned.
The intake temp sensor sould be inside the MAF sensor.
You may have more questions, please ask away.

PO113 relates to the Intake Air Temperature, I'm not sure P1647 relates to! I'll try and find it out for you.
