Starters have to be at the back of all motors,
in order to turn the flywheel
All you have to do is get under the car & look
on either side at the back of engine block

Well something has to be wrong since the car "does nothing."

Battery good? Starter? Fuel pump? Ignition coil? crankshaft sensor? Compression?

Why car not start electric ok security all ok

starter motor may need new brushes or replacement. there are ways to test it. check out youtube vids should be something on starter motor testing.

no need to change the starter unless its giving trouble but by all means change the water pump as its a better job in the long run
