My Peugeot expert2litre hdi shows code p0251 and it cuts out on the road

the fault codes you listed correspond to these..

.P1000 ..OBD Systems Readiness Test Not Complete
P0251 Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control.

SOURCE: fuel preasure control fault code p1112

P1112 is for a problem with the fuel-rail pressure sensor CIRCUIT.
You need a new rail-pressure sensor and modded cable.

it would never be 1000 euros!!!!!!!!!!!! it will be part of the exhaust system it cuts out because its causing pollution

Codes are normally VERY specific, but this one has all sorts of interpretations. I have never seen that before.

307 hdi 2ltr estate keeps cutting out. garage shows faults fix all those and it all starts again every time revrting to acc pedal changed twice

I guess this must be "fly by wire" system, so test the part on the throttle that the gas pedal "speaks" to.

Find HDi Engine codes

If you mean the vin #, yes, probably. Vin #'s do show the engine code, but you might want to visit a peugeot forum to find it.

it sounds like your electric power steering pump has gone. if the esp light is on then it means it has recorded a fault in the electrical stability program system and may need to be plugged in to read codes, the fault may refer to a fauly wheel speed sensor

My 1.4 hdi started up and cut out after about 10 seconds then would not start back up got it diognosed and it showed up low fuel presure it did start back up again but then done the same and cut out,

2006?? peugeot ---made in beloved france ,sorry mate but this is a dealer only job this car has encrypted software so whatever fault code showed its wrong unless the car is plugged in and connected via internet with factory .From an authorised dealer with fingerprint recognition for the operator .So if your stteside and its due for its emissions test they cant do it ,so how do you get on if the cant connect the OBDII scanner to read it .

expensive to repair properly,quick fix??? fit two non return valves ,one in the feed and one in the return to the injector pump ,weither conventional pump or common rail pump .this will cure your problem and its cheap to do ,two valves (observe direction) in the lines .works every time on any diesel engine weither its plant or road use
