im not sure on that particular vehicle but most trucks have a fuel pump shut off if the vehicle gets hit or is jarred real hard look in your book for the fuel pump reset button it is a inertia switch

Sounds like you have rubbish in your fuel rail and or in the filter and tank. Drain the fuel tank, change the fuel filter and take off and clean out the fuel rail. When you have done the above, check the fuel pressure if its not within spec, change the fuel regulator.

I'd check with manufacturer of tow bar to be sure it bolts on the same etc. I'm sure they would give you that info, and if nothing else, call a place that sells them and ask for kit number for both vehicles & if they are the same number, well, just need to check that they bolt on exactly the same, that's why I would contact manufacturer for copy of install instructions for the new install.

it depends on the size of the screws. i recommend to set torque as 100lbs for new bolts, 90 for old bolts
