Its inside the fuel pump assembly. Unfourtunetly, you cannot buy it alone. You have to replace the entire fuel pump assembly (unless you can find the assembly at a junk yard and then take out the relay.

Check for any stored ECM that might be related, a local checker or Auto zone can help with a code pull.

the relay is behind the rear driverside wheel. Its bolted to the frame with wires plugged into it. The housing is made from aluminum and it nost likley has a hole rotted in it like mine was.really poor engineering. You can find the relay on line for about $100.00. They can cost much more so spend some time looking. takes about 20 min to change it..good luck
