Hi 04 kia sedona 2.9 will not start unless you use easy start then it turns of over a lot before the engine it will start. once running the engine is ok this happens hot or cold.

I would start by pulling a spark plug and seeing if it is fouled. If all plugs are good, check for a clogged air filter or improperly functioning throttle body. Remove the air intake assembly and have someone press the accelerator with the keys in the ACC position. When the accelerator is fully depressed, the throttle plate should open to almost 90 degrees, when the pedal is released, it should close very quickly. If it doesn't, your throttle body will need to be replaced.

Rpm max 3 and ABS , ESP is light

Sounds like your car is going into limp mode. 2 possible situations here,
First could be a throttle body issue. Because the TPS is part of the throttle body there is no way to replace just the "Throttle Position Sensor"
They did do a recall on the Santa Fe's with the 6 cylinder enginges, but I don't believe the Sonata's fell in that category.
The other issue that could be persisting of this could be your accelerator pedal itself.
2006 model Sonata's were actually electronic. (no accelerator cable) but in fact you plugged them into the computer, and your ECM/BCM told the car how much to accel.

I had a client come in with a similiar incident, in which another garage replaced the Throttle body, and he still couldn't accelerate. We replaced his gas pedal and he was a happy camper.

Look at those possible routes.

How do I solve for My Hyundai sonata model 2009 code P2110 , P2118 in scaning. I changed throttle body and TP sensor. after change of these even I am getting problem in accelerator not increases above

P2110...Faulty Throttle Actuator Control Module
- Throttle Actuator Control Module harness is open or shorted
- Throttle Actuator Control Module circuit poor electrical connection

P2118 - Electronic Throttle Control(ETC) system is made of the components throttle body, Throttle Position Sensor(TPS)1&2 and Accelerator Position Sensor(APS) 1&2. The throttle body contains the actuator, the throttle plate and the throttle position sensor (potentiometer), which are integrated in one housing. The actuator consists of a DC motor with a two-stage gear. The opening angle of the throttle valve is detected by the throttle position sensor which is mounted on the throttle body. And it provides feedback to the ECM to control the throttle motor in order to control the throttle valve opening angle properly in response to the driving condition.

Where is 1994 Sportvan downshift relay location

There's no such thing as a downshift relay.Trans downshift is cable actuated.Go to the end of cable at the carb/throttle body, open the throttle fully by hand and depress the black button in the cable connection block, the cable housing will pop and when your driving will automatically reset to where it needs to be.Your done.

I have Nissan Patrol 2008 model. the fault is no acceleration even though accelerator pedal is fully depressed. I bring it to a local garage and the mechanic said the problem is throttle body assembly. But...

First, take a look at is the the mechanical throttle or electronic throttle mechanical, recommended to check PULL catching, is electron words, recommended to check the pedal, harness and electronic throttle.

2001 malibu throtte sticks,

The throttle body needs cleaned its gumed up.Take throttle body off and spray and wipe the inside of the throttle body with a can of throttle body cleaner this should free it up.If that didn't help then you need a throttle position sensor.Reset the computer after any sensor is changed.

My Tiberon idles very roughly, but runs great on the road. I pulled the idle air solenoid today and cleaned it out,I made it run worse. do these go bad?

No mention of any diagnostic trouble codes so I would remove large rubber intake tube from air
filter box to throttle body. Only remove from throttle body end lay out of the way. You willneed a can of carburetor cleaner and an old tooothbrush (not a little wire brush). Look inside throttle body and you will see the throttle plate. Reach and pull on throttle cable to open throttle plate fully. When open coat throttle plate good with carburetor cleaner, take toothbrush and scrub carbon deposits from throttle plate paying special attention to both sides. Carbon build-up in and around where throttle position sensor comes through inside of throttle body and connects to throttle plate causes throttle plate not to close completely when accelerator pedal released at idle. This can allow too much air into intake causing rough idle and also can cause Idle Air Control Motor not to be activated due to throttle plate not closing far enough for TPS to recognize throttle cable has been released. The IAC picks up and maintains engine idle until accelerator is depressed and TPS resumes engine rpm control depending on accelerator pedal pressure.
It is also possible that IAC stepper motor is going bad. Normally if this occurs check engine light will illuminate with a diagnostic trouble code for IAC P0505, P0506, or P0510.
Sorry it is so lengthy but pretty simple procedure. Hope it helps.
***Note*** Some throttle bodies have a wax pellet in bottom side of chamber so careful not to let
carburetor cleaner puddle in bottom when sprayed. If cleaner is allowed to puddle and eat up the pellet you have to get another throttlebody. Pellet cannot be bought seperately. When you pull throttle cable you can stick a small rag down in there to catch excess cleaner.
