See thee attached link for P0103
For P0137 recommend checking for exhaust leaks prior to O2 sensor, check cat to see if its plugged if both are good replace the sensor... if issue persists you have a wiring issue or PCM issue.

Testimonial: "No exhaust leaks cat seams good I taped on it and it didn't rattle at all ate car has 104000 miles. I just sprayed the mass air flow sensor site cleaner."

What type of cleaner did you use? Its possible you damaged the MAF causing P0103. For P0137 without a scan tool I recommend checking voltage to the sensor, if its 4 wire you should have a 12V feed and a 5V feed going in (harness side) If its well below 5V before the sensor its a wiring/pcm issue.. If you do have 5V then with the connector plugged in you could backprobe the connector and find a wire which should have a 0.1V to 1.0V reading at idle. If the voltage is too high or low in either case replace the sensor.

I usd mass air cleaner spray, then changed o2 sensor worked fine for a day then I drove it a mile shut it off for an hour now will not run right will not idle no check engine lights on now checked fuel pressure still at 42 lbs checked fuel regulator it is good. Runs really rich you have to two foot it to drive home.

I got a ECM at junk yard and after figuring out security thing there was no change so I unplugged mass air flow senso and it ran smooth so I replaced it and so far do good!

My car keeps stalling everytime I stop or slow down but starts up straight away after it has stalled?

The vacuum hoses have probably started cracking at the turns. If there has been any under the hood work done, sometimes things get pushed on or moved and the rubber hoses on the vacuum system will get old and crusty and crack. That cause the car to die when it slows down to an idle, like at a stop sign or stop light. then it starts and runs normal until the next stop sign.

Your only out of ideas because you don't have
vehicle knowledge & experience

I would suggest you go for a ride at a repair shop
with a mechanic & a scanner on the car & then have
them do some testing

What's your problem?I have a 2000 Lincoln LS that runs great when driving but as soon as I stop and sit a minute it cuts off. I have noticed the car start stalling a little before it cuts off. Cou

Generally speaking, the common reasons for stalling are a faulty idle air control valve or a dirty throttle body.
The computer controls idle speed by how much air is allowed into the intake thru the throttle body.
Those two issues would be checked first.
Is the check engine light on when the engine is running ?

When my lincoln town car 1993 dies when i stop do i have a serious problem?

No read the fix below.

Engine stalling issue at low speeds

This problem is commonly caused by a dirty automatic idle speed control valve and throttle valve. Buy a can of throttle valve cleaner from NAPA or Carquest (made by CRC chemicals) and spray it into the air intake while the engine is running, use up about 1/2 the can, engine will try to stall hold the speed up, shut it down and let it soak for 30 minutes, restart and blow out the remaining fluid, shut it down and disconnect the negative battery cable for 5 Min's to reset the base idle control

The dinging from the dash is the Air bag system check. Check that the bulb in the dash isn't burned out. The stalling and spitting could be clogged converter. Check how much exhaust is coming out of the tail pipe when you rev it. The smoke could just be from a leaking valve cover gasket.

The idle air control valve is what regulates incoming air when the engine is idling. In some cases these can malfunction and cause intermittent issues with stalling at idel until the IAC dies altogether.

Here is what you need to do, a cleaning of the intake throttle blade and the idle speed control air-bypass valve, they get full of gunk over the miles and cause idle issues (stalls) like yours,
Get a can of intake cleaner from any local parts store, not carb spray, intake cleaner, it is made by a company called CRC, remove the air intake hose to the engine, hold the engine at idle high so the engine won't stall, then spray the can of cleaner into the intake while keeping the engine running, use at least 1/2 the can, shut down the engine and disconnect the battery for 5 minutes, then restart and complete a number of mixed driving cycles, town, freeway, stop and go etc., after a few days the problem will go away as the system will relearn to the clean intake
