Question about 1999 Buick Park Avenue
Car run great then when you come up to stop light it dies sometimes. No check engine light. Now it's ding going down the road. Changed plugs and wires fuel filter air filter checked fuel pressure 42 lbs and it seamed good for 150 miles then bam it dies does not want to start and check engin light came on got po137 and po103 codes any ides.
See thee attached link for P0103
For P0137 recommend checking for exhaust leaks prior to O2 sensor, check cat to see if its plugged if both are good replace the sensor... if issue persists you have a wiring issue or PCM issue.

Engine stalling issue at low speeds
is commonly caused by a dirty automatic idle speed control valve and
throttle valve. Buy a can of throttle valve cleaner from NAPA or
Carquest (made by CRC chemicals) and spray it into the air intake
while the engine is running, use up about 1/2 the can, engine will
try to stall hold the speed up, shut it down and let it soak for 30
minutes, restart and blow out the remaining fluid, shut it down and
disconnect the negative battery cable for 5 Min's to reset the base
