How to fix play on tata xenon 3l dicor power steering unit

Most power steering units have two adjusters--one one the lower end for main bearing adjustment, but the one on top (just like manual steering boxes) is all you usually need to adjust. With front end jacked up and engine running adjust screw inward until drag is felt in steering wheel with wheels pointing straight ahead, then loosen just a touch until no bind is felt as steering is turned back and forth through center of steering.

The clutch pedal of my Toyota Hilux kzte 2004 does not want to release on its own.

I assume that means that the clutch does not engage/disengage when you press and release the pedal. There are a number of possible issues here. First, does the pedal feel "soft"? Is it easier to press down that usual? If so, the problem may likely be in the hydraulics of the clutch. A bad master or slave cylinder will not allow hydraulic pressure necessary to engage/disengage the clutch.
If the pedal feels normal, then the problem is most likely internal to the clutch mechanism. A bad release bearing or a stripped clutch disc are the most likely culprits for this issue.

Kzte overheating on high speeds

Go to a 6 pound radiator cap,if you an find one.Your present cap is too strong, not allowing excess pressure and coolant to go to the reservoir. You'll notice when hot that not a lot more is in the reservoir than when cold. The cap chamge will fix this.I'm a Toyota lover and that's how I cured mine.I did have a hard time finding a 6 pound cap, their pretty much an obsolete item.Go to junk yards and find one,but replace the rubber gasket.

Under the stearing wheel there is a fuse box on the left hand side, remove the pannel. Above the fuse box you will see a wiring harness with a box taped to it. Push all the cables in and test it while your doing it.
