I have a 1992 f-150. fuel pumps will not prime. pcm fuse blows. what do I do to track down the problem?

If the PCM fuse is blowing, you have a problem with the PCM. The PCM tells the fuel pump when to run. You need to have this evaluated by a qualified technician with the proper diagnostic equipment. 1992 is before the OBD2 standard, so the technician will need proprietary equipment to troubleshoot.

Where is the freeze plug located

The engine in your Ford Explorer has freeze plugs, also called expansion plugs, mounted in the sides of the block. Freeze plugs are supposed to protect the engine block if the water in the engine freezes -- the expanded water is supposed to push out the freeze plug, although that doesn't always happen. Freeze plugs are made of thin steel compared to the engine block, and even with an anti-freeze mixture the plugs can rust out and require replacement.

My vehicle 2004 ford explorer was hooked up to a machine and hey gave me a code which was po7045 pressure control sol. what might that be? "check enigine soon" light came on and truck is jerking...

That is not a good code
The pressure control, may be a transmission issue
I would recommend you not drive it,until it is
resolved.
I used to own a trans repair shop, and would like to see
you prevent further expense

Understand that there are no machines,no computers
involved, in hooking up to the OBD2 (govt mandated)
diagnostic connector under your dash.
All the scanner or code reader does,is look at the data
your vehicle is processing.

Resetting the computer on the ford ka

I'm not sure what year or model your ford is, it says ford ka...You could try removing both battery terminals for like 20 minutes, this should reset the computer, reconnect the POS terminal first, then the NEG. If this is for resetting the check engine light (effectively turning it off), if there is an ongoing issue with the car, the light will come back on after a few cycles of turning the car on and off. If you car is 95 or older, the battery thing should work, if its a 96 or newer, then you probably have an OBD2 port on the lowerside of the dashboard in the interior of the car, OBD2 is "on board diagnostics" and you can plug in a code reader to the OBD2 port and pull the code from the cars computer and see what exactly is wrong with the car. Hope this helps, good luck!

F150 1992 check engine light

On a Ford system you need a code reader, no other way. The plug is under the steering column.
