Question about Cars & Trucks
Usually happens randomly on cold start up. Engine cranks with a misfire,If you keep cranking it will start and run on a couple of cyls at very low rpm for a little while. It will instantly stall if the throttle is used at this time. It will clear itself and run fine after a couple of minutes. Most of the time it will start without a problem but then if I'm too heavy on the throttle whilst it hasn't reached normal operation temp it will have a cough and start to die. I have taken it to workshops with scan tools with no code errors and have also replaced cam sensor and power resistor. I waited for it to play up on start before I replaced the power resistor. Once I replaced it without disturbing anything else, it fired straight away. I thought I had solved the problem until about a month later it has started doing it again. Any help would greatly appreciated. problem
See the diagram attached. God bless you

it is possable/likely a bad ECTS (engine coolant tep. sensor), this can cause the injectors to allow to much fuel into cylinders and cause a low compression and or flooding situation, good luck, marty
