Question about 1996 Chevrolet Blazer
When you pour gas into the throttle body it will start right up and run fine until it burns off all the gas that has been poured into it. The fuel pump and fuel filter have been replaced, along with the fuel pressure regulator and a map sensor. Could it be the injectors?
Is this a vortec engine, and have you checked fuel pressure with a gauge ?

Testimonial: "Yes it is a vortec engine. I havent had it checked since i replaced the sensor and the fuel pressure regulator and the filter but it was still running low pressure before i changed that. its trying to start now more than it was but its still not getting enough fuel to actually start. "

SOURCE: truck wont start
check the injector relay and the injector fuse if they are good you might want to make sure the computer was programed right. and check to see if the injectors are getting a signal from the ecu

SOURCE: 1999 chevy blazer fuel problem
probably not fuel filter . probably going to have to remove the upper intake and replace the fuel injector spider(fuel inj assebly) if it is droping fuel pressure it is leaking into the upper manifold
