Hi ' this sounds a bit daft but it works ' put the light unit in the oven on a low heat for about 45 mins ' this should be enough to soften the seal and allow the light to be opened ' you need to re-seal again after bulb replacement

You shouldn't need to. If you pop your hood open, you can unplu the headlight hardness from the bulbs. Then you should be able to turn the bulb assembly about a 1/4 to 1/2 turn and they will come right out.

Remove the screw on top of the lamp assembly. The lamp assemble come off as one unit. There are three contact clips that hold the lamp on. They may be frozen fast. Try spraying oil to loosen before removing lamp assembly. To remove the lamp, push down on the top of the lamp, this should loosen the top pin from the holder, then try to pull the assembly straight out. It takes some tugging and pulling if the light assembly has been in for a few years. In fact the clips may snap off and need to be replaced before putting in a new lamp assembly. Good Luck
