Question about Cars & Trucks
There are 2 pressure control switches that control the ac clutch operation. One is to stop the compressor if the head pressure go too high and the other is to stop the compressor if there is not enough gas in the system.. Have a ac mechanic check it out as you may have a leak somewhere.

SOURCE: ac control panel!!
Does the fan motor blow when in any position for heater? It is very common also for the switch to go out in these models as well. The blower fan fuse is in the main panel under dash.

The drain tube from the evaporator housing is most likely plugged up. With the vehicle in the air locate the drain tube on the passenger side of the firewall and using coat hanging or something similar carefully snake it through it Be careful as a lot of water may pour out and don't go crazy poking with the coat hanging as the evaporator core is at the other end of the tube.
