BMW E39 2000 Model Heating works intermittently. Blower is OK

My BMW E39 has an intermittent heating problem. The blower works fine but the car does not heat up inside all the time. Climate control set at 22 degrees and blows out cold air. However, when its put on front screen demister (At full power) it blows out warm air as set on the climate control. Any ideas what could be faulty?

Heater valve body some have a pump which starts to pack up or the rubbers on the valves pop off which jams them up.

SOURCE: Climate Control System Problem

The noise is most likely coming from a sticky temperature control blend door, ( they warp from heat, not an un-common issue) it is moved with a electric actuator. This is very expensive to fix, requires removal of the dash to repair, if the system works ok then if it was me I would "live with it".

SOURCE: radio has no sound or intermittent sound.bmw e39 5 series '00.

You might want to suspect a stereo amplifier. Does your car have DSP? In any case, look in the trunk on the left hand side. You will find your radio amplifier back there. It will have about a 3in connector with a bunch of twisted pair wiring. Remove the connector and make sure there is no water contamination. All sound processing takes place in the amp.

I have 03 honda accord blower motor will not come on any heating or cooling setting. air cond compresser will run for acople of seconds

There should be a fuse in the dash fusebox, or a relay in the engine compartment if those are both good the the blower motor is bad

2000 Jeep Cherokee Sport heating & a/c problem.

If your saying the blower runs intermittently, I'd start testing at the blower motor when problem is ongoing, if good voltage and ground with no blower action, suspect the blower motor. Did you use a test light to check voltage at fuses, as you can see, one fuse goes hot with the key on, the other fuse is hot all the time. The top wire in diagram for blower motor is voltage, the bottom wire is ground.
Any motor that uses brushes and the brushes are worn badly, the motor may run intermittently.

Blower noisy on low speed, goes on and off intermittently.

Blower motor sounds like it is going bad and the bearings are giving you the noise. Motor going bad is the intermittent problems...bearings getting hot and motor is "reacting" to this.

AC blower won't come on

The problem is most likely the AC compressor clutch connector. It is a one pin connector. Located under the hood, near the clutch of the AC compressor. Clean this connector, make sure there is a good connection. I had the same problem and had to fix it myself. Works fine ever since.

1998 Grand Cherokee blower not working

Check blower fuse, relay and power at blower motor harness terminal. Check for proper grounding at dashboard and body as well. Yo
good lucku can run a hot wire to the blower motor and touch it to the connector spade to check if blower itself is OK. There are other components in the system, but this is a good start! Don't forget...fuses blow because there is a problem elsewhere. If you replace one and it blows again, there is something else wrong!
