Often, the oxygen sensor gets confused here. These codes are usually similar to p0130, p0131 for oxygen sensors. People have replaced their oxygen sensors with this code and continue to have the same problem.

An oxygen sensor will detect unburned oxygen left in the exhaust system after combustion. The air fuel ratio sensor will detect how much oxygen is left, as well as carbon monoxide.

The AF sensor is more expensive than O2 sensors (Downstream and upstream). You could possibly have it checked somewhere - there is testing that can be done with multimeters to see if something is good or not. If you are good with tools and multimeters, youtube a video and check the O2 sensor if it makes you feel better.

In my opinion, don't waste money on a new O2 sensor (at least, test first). Google "AF sensors , p1130" - especially with the make of your car. You will find forums that have the same issues and can tell you how to check things - as well as many people who replaced the O2 sensor and continue having a p1130.

Never just throw parts at your car - diagnose with tests or take it to someone who knows how. You'll save yourself money and time.

P1130 CODE FOR 2000 TOYOTA SIENNA

The air/fuel ratio sensor has gone bad (basically the O2 sensor). The code P1130 is Bank 1 Sensor 1.
Sensor 1 is before the catalytic converter coming off the exhaust manifold. Bank 1 is which ever side cylinder 1 is on your engine. In this case its a sideways engine and its closest to the firewall.

Brake warning light and abs light on. Code P1130 and P0620

0620:

http://www.helpforcars.net/obd_codes/p0620.html

P1130: Most likely you have a bad oxygen sensor. This would be the first oxygen sensor if you have more than one meaning the one closest to the engine and BEFORE the catalytic converter. They're pretty common and inexpensive enough where I'd recommend changing that first and see if the light goes out on it's own.Hope this helps Tim
