Your library may have the diagram. Does any speed work? If it runs on full, there is a resistor pack in the fan housing that can be changed. This unit may also have multiple fuses controlling it. Merc has a habit of building the most difficult cars in the world to trouble shoot. Good luck, sir.

There is a high pressure switch on the high side of the ac system,it most likely is bad.

AC only works when moving and I have no owners manual would it b a fuse

If the A/C only "works" when moving, you need to check the following out. With the car running and the A/C off, open the hood and locate the A/C compressor. Turn on the A/C. See of the compressor has engaged. If so, then check the engine cooling fans. Are they running? If not, this is your problem. With the car stationary, the cooling fans pull air across the condenser to remove heat from the A/C refrigerant. If the fans are not running, this won't happen when the car is not moving. Once the car is in motion, the forward motion of the vehicle will force air thru the condenser and the cooling will return. You may need to ensure the cooling fans are working. It may be a simple as a relay that turns them on when the A/C is activated. The cooling fans must run constantly with the A/C on.

My 010 3.2 diesel air con recycle every 6/8 seconds what may be problem

probably due to high head pressures in the ac compressor from the condenser fan not working to cool the gas that is under pressure.
Take it to an accredited ac specialist shop

Hi, The air con in my 2003 Audi A6 1.9 tdi 130 is blowing warm air the air con rad is fully gassed and all fuses are ok . Thanks in advance for any advice on how to fix

The only other thing then would be if the compressor is turning, engaging, and the cooling fan working properly. You should either be able to see the compressor clutch engage, as the switch is energized, or at least hear it click loudly when the switch is energized. If it is not, then there are sensors for the low pressure/high pressure line to tell the compressor when to function, that also have to be checked.

As the engine runs with the compressor turning, one line should be hot/warm, the othe,r (larger diameter hose) should be cool/cold, if the system is working properly.

If the compressor is turning when you have the A/C turned on, then see if the cooling fan is running as well. It must run to remove the heat and cause the process to function properly.

Good luck!

This is probably a clutch problem on the compressor, either buy a new clutch or get a second hand compressor and swap the clutch over.
