Volvo c70 light bulb warning

Having discovered which bulb is malfunctioning I have gone to the corresponding fuse in the fuse box only to discover that the fuse has NOT blown. The lights which are not working are the interior courtesy lights by the rear view mirror and the left hand seat belt warning light (the right hand warning light still flashes as it should)also the two courtesy lamps still work in the rear and the door light still works. How do I access these bulbs

SOURCE: Rear interior light and door courtesy lights not working- Jaguar

take off the cover and replace them. if you have a volt/ohm meter you can put if on the car side and make sure you have voltage and the ohm meter on the buldb should give a 1 rating if its good. it would be the cheapest and easiest to just get a new bulb and see if it works then start checking fuses if its not the bulb.

Turning signals and tail light not working

You have gone as far as you can without testing for the presence or absence of current to the lamps and for the presence of a good ground connection. A test lamp is better than a voltmeter for this work.

If the ground is ok then you should discover there is no supply and you will need to trace the circuit back to discover why.
