2005 Hyundai XG350 AC blows only hot air when turned on

2005 Hyundai XG350, when AC is turned on it blows hot, heater like air. Have taken it to three mechanics, no answers but alot of bills. New Compressor (not sure needed), system checked for leaks, twice, even under dashboar..last mechanic had the car on lift and said compressor won't come back on. When system is recharged the AC works for about 3 days. also one last point: last year when AC was when AC would work occasionally, one time only, hit a pothole and air kicked on. Please help, it seems on one has an answer.

SOURCE: a/c won't work; mechanic checked it and put

Your A/C has a very bad leak. That leak will need to be found and repaired for your A/C to hold its charge for more than a day. You can try to find the leak your self. If you watched him add the freon it is very easy now days. Add more, and use a liquid soap and pour a bit on each connection and around the areas where metal ends meet the rubber hoses. Look in front of the radiator at the A/C condenser coil for rock or road debris damage. Other wise take to your mechanic and have him find, fix and recharge the system. Hope this helps Fix Ya up.

SOURCE: my ac is only cold when I am driving, my heat is only hot when I am driving, not getting cold air or hot air in idle position?

So many mechanics, so little consensus. Sounds pretty common.
I can't say as to why hot and cold only when moving, but it sounds like a weak performing system.
As for the squealing, I would suggest removing one belt at a time, and see if one eliminates the squeal. That would be the problem belt or pulley or component. Also, if you have any idler pulleys (a stand-alone pulley) on the belt system, be sure and check them as well. Spin them without the belt on, and see if they make any noise.
It would seem you need a mechanic who is willing to spend some time with you on this to find the problem. When you find a good one, you will know it by his output, and make yourself a regular customer. Good luck.

2005 hyundai XG350 dealer installed new AC compressor sill blows warm air

Tough to say.
First I would take it back to the dealer since it would be under warranty.
It would depend on what was wrong before they replaced the compressor, and what the pressure readings are now. Also if the radiator fan is working and the blend doors under the dash.

Heating unit is delayed when you turn the heater on. It takes atleast 15 minutes or more before it comes on. what could be the problem.

When you say "unit is delayed" are you saying the fan does not come on when you switch the unit on, or that the air blowing takes 15 mins to get hot?

Replaced the battery on a GMC Sierra 2005. Turned AC on, it cooled for about a minute and started blowing hot air on the driver side, the passenger side blows cold. What does replacing the battery have to...

you have taken the calibration out of sink. you will now have to remove battery power again for about 5 minutes. after this time reconnect the battery. then turn key to on position for 3 minutes but do not touch the heater control or temperature controls. This should allow the heater and ac system to recalibrate. once the 3 minutes is up turn key off and then back on and start truck.. Try your controls again and see what happens. if no change then dealer will have to reprogram the heater control calibration for you.

Air conditioner blow out hot air

Maybe your heater is working at the same time. An open heater valve can cause this. Maybe there is a leak in the vacuum that pull the heater valve diaphram close.
