It could be integrated controller or ignition control.
Do you know what circuit is dead after the fuse blows ?
Or where the fuse is located ?

Well I went back and looked at the diagrams I have, and all I can say is the rear wipers and 4wd should be on different fuses. There is a fuse marked IG that involves the 4wd, but it also involves the cruise control. So you may have to get a used shop manual from Ebay to get all of the wiring diagrams needed to check it out. The DIY books tend to focus on the engine and controls and not much else.

Thanks for your help on this matter, My rodeo does not have cruse control so it must be the 4 wheel drive, Any idea whatmight be causing that fuse to blow in the 4 wheel drive unit? Thanks again

Not without disconnecting things. You'll need the wiring diagrams to trace it. It could be something inside the control unit or any of the switches or solenoids.

T3.15ah250v is ok t6.3ah250v is not ok Tried both 6A glass fuse and f6.3A separately. Both blew up as soon as i turn on power. if i change it with the exact the same fuse, it will fix the problem?

A fuse that blows out is an indication of something seriously wrong. If you don't find the problem, not matter what fuse you put in, it will blow it out. You cannot use a bigger fuse because it will burn out other parts. This could be a bad transformer, diode, capacitor, or voltage regulator or IC.

What could be causing the front axillary fuse to keep blowing? Even bigger fuses blow.

fuses blow from over current( dead short) they are rated at lower than what is required so that the wire doesn't burn
If you keep putting in bigger fuses without fixing the dead short, eventually the wire will melt the plastic insulation off and the vehicle will burn

Keeps blowing auto shut down fuse as soon as key is turned on

Could be several things including one of the oxygen sensors, one of the injectors, the coils, or the engine computer.
You will probably need to get a shop manual to get all of the wiring diagrams connected with that circuit. And I would suggest you use a circuit breaker to check each one instead of fuses.
You'll have to disconnect each component until you find the short.

Mazda 626 ac fuse keeps blowing

Try unplugging the compressor then put in a new fuse. If the fuse does not blow, the problem may be the clutch on the compressor.
