SOURCE: oil leak in a 98 plymouth breeze 2.0

I've had a 1990 Acclaim, a 1990 Shadow, and a 1998 Breeze, all have a head gasket leak. The Breeze was the only one to have oil leak and it was on the rear of the engine. I'd guess that's your problem.

Blower fan works on high only

sounds like your blower motor resistor has failed. its built into the blower motor housing. its a component that reduces voltage to your blower motor resulting in different speed settings.

My heater blower switch does not work on low or med speed what could be wrong

check the fan blower resistor, if the coil for that fan speed breaks or comes apart.you will loose that speed. the resistor should be by the blower motor or on firewall under hood.

Fan motor works only on high, more likely to be a switch problem or a motor problem? What is simplest way to test?

Niether the problem is a module called Blower resister Module this resists the amount of power to the motor. These are reasonably cheap and take only a few minutes to change. It is usually located by the heater blower motor

You need a blower motor resistor. The resistor is fairly inexspensive and is fairly easy to get to and replace. Hope this helps. Good luck.
