Well you need a license to buy R12, so you would either need to take it to a shop and have it done or buy a conversion kit and do it yourself. Most auto parts stores sell the kits but keep in mind freon can be dangerous to work with.

SOURCE: 1991 Toyota pickup 4WD clutch slipping

There is an adjustment for the clutch pedal under the dash where the push rod goes thru the firewall. There is only aprx. 1/2" of adjustment so be careful when making an adjustment, if your clutch is slipping then you need to shorten the throw of the push rod.

The fuse should be in the fuse box near the battery.

How hard is it to change the spark plugs on a 1991 Toyota pickup 3.0l V6? My dad says it took the dealer 4 hours.

Spark plugs are only one hour job at the most with your vehicle. Shops typically charge $ 90-120 unless something is wrong with the vehicle, which they will try to sell you a diagnostic for up to $150.
