The map sensor only measures engine vac, and the speed sensor measures how fast the wheels are turning. Neither would cause the idle speed to go up.
Chances are the idle air control valve is sticking open, the throttle plate is sticking open, or you have a vac leak somewhere allowing air to enter the intake.

Check your fuel pressure at the shredder valve. If you don't have a fuel pressure gauge, you can get a loner tool at Auto Zone and get the proper fuel pressure readings you need for you car. I don't know which engine you have and the different engine's have different readings. Good luck and hope this helps on check the fuses, it could be a simple as that.
