Seat bealt light on but my seat bealt is working

Reset the connector under the Pax. side front seat. This has to be done with the ignition off. 1. Buckle the seatbelt. 2. Reset connection. 3. Unbuckle the seatbelt. 4. Turn ignition switch on and watch the light reset to off. 5. If light continues off, go to the Driver side and repeat the procedure. My problem was fixed after doing procedure 1. hope that helps.

The seatbelt light in the gauge on the dashboard keeps flashing on and off. Passengers wear seat belts when driving..... I have disconnected the battery, recently to replace a burned out head light bulb....

Dear,

the blinking light only indicates the belt position of the Driver seat only.
if you click the seat belt in the fixer.......you will find the light getting off....

thanx

Gas light turns off when seat belt is bucked and then light turn back on when the seat belt is unbuckled

haha, sounds like there are some wires crossed here, did you recently have any fuses switched out? Does the seat belt light come on when you run out of gas? hehe... That shouldn't be a difficult fix, would take a mechanic about 5 minutes if this is the case. Otherwise, keep your seatbelt buckled and it shouldn't bother you :-) have a nice day!

Where is the jack located on a 2007 xterra?

the Jack should be located in one of the side panels in the rear hatch area or tucked under the storage under the carpet in the rear. If it is not in either of them places then check under the back seats or behind the seats, if you check your Owners manual and go to index and go to Spare and go to the page it should show you where it is located.

Audible seatbelt warning keeps on sounding on my 2005 f150 ford truck

From the F-150 Forums, since I just bought one and this worked!

This is straight from my 2009 f150 owners guide

Preperation
1. the parking brake is set
2. truck in park
3. ignition switch is in off position
4. both seat belts are unbuckled

Disable Belt-Minder
1. turn the ignition switch to the on position, DO NOT START THE ENGINE.
2. wait until the safety belt warning light turns off. (approximately 1 minute).
* step 3 must be completed within 50 secs after the safety belt warning light turns off.
3. buckle then unbuckle the seat belt nine times, ending in the seat belt unbuckled.
* after step 3 the restraint warning light, (airbag light) will turn on for three (3) seconds.
4. within approximately seven (7) seconds of the light turning off, buckle then unbuckle the safety belt.
* the restraint system warning light will flash four, (4) times per second for 3 seconds for confirmation

you can do this for the passenger side also!!!

*NOTE
in step 3. after three times buckling and unbuckling the restraint warning light lit up in my truck. SO I WENT TO THE NEXT STEP, (STEP 4). waited 3 seconds and i buckled and unbuckled.

in the buckle /unbuckle procedure do it some what slowly and watch for the light. it may not take 9 times.
