SOURCE: 2004 Saturn Ion oil change

Oil drain plug is its on the back passenger side of the engine out of sight unless you under the car itself .

It's a cartridge filter that goes into a canister. You'll need a 32mm oil filter canister socket to remove the cover to access the filter. You can find it at PepBoys for less than $10 by the other oil change supplies.

Water pouring under passenger side dash. I found the plug end in the engine area. Where is the plug located inside the dash inside the car?

The water you are getting is from the air conditioner - need to unplug the drain hose that appears under the car.

When you have a clog the water collects in the drip tran and eventually over flows into car.

20006 saturn ion water in floor board

The drains are in the wheel wells. You have to remove the plastic panel in the wheel well. Pour some water in the sunroof drain area you'll see it come out a little rubber nipple. Take a razor and cut off a little of the end of the nipple so water flows easily out. They are closed and the water pressure isn't enough to open fully and the water backs up and leaks inside.

My Ion is leaking water on my floorboards

this could be one of 2 things, if you have a sunroof your drains may be clogged. If not you most likely have a heater core leaking. My advice is to have the cooling system pressure tested.

I've got a 2006 Saturn Vue that keeps getting water in the front, under the floor mats. It appears to be coming from the center underneath and behind the instrument cluster/center console. Could this be...

The most common source of water on the floor is a plugged a/c evaporator case drain hose. This drain is generally located down low on the engine side of the firewall at the passenger side and is usually a small short open ended hose that points down. Debris and bugs will clog this hose which makes the water that condenses on the evaporator [whenever the a/c is on] overflow and leak out of the heater/air conditioning housing and onto the floor. If it hasn't rained for some time yet you are still getting water on the floor I would bet on this hose being plugged. A puff of compressed air is enough to clean most of them out. Most sunroofs have one or two small drain holes that allow water to run down through the door pillars and onto the ground. If you pour a small amount of water around the top edges of the sunroof when it is closed you should soon see water dripping onto the ground under the outer edge of the vehicle. A few sunroofs just rely on tight weather stripping to keep the water out but those usually drip water on the driver or passenger if they are leaking. I see a lot of leaky windshields but again, it has to be raining for water to get on the floor from them.

Leaks by feet

1st the sunroof leak- there is some type of channel/drain to direct water out of the sunroof area. Open the sunroof and look around the outer inside area for evidence of junk blocking the channel/drain, such as leaves, dirt, pine needles, etc. and clean out with a vacuum and toothpicks (to dislodge). If you can find a drain tube in a channel (it should direct water to the underside of the car), the easiest way to clear it is with compressed air.
2nd Since this is much worse since the windshield was replaced, I am thinking that it was not installed and sealed properly. So, first try to clean the channels and any drain tube(s). Next, with a hose, spray the windshield only, not the sunroof, and see if it leaks at your feet in the front seating area. If it does, the windshield install is to blame for the leak there.

2004 SATURN ION Alarm goes off without being armed.

if you have a sunroof, the sunroof drains are clogged. either way you may have a bad door switch. you will have to pull each one out and look for corrosion at the plug. the fronts are most common, they are on either side of the dashboard.
