Fuze box i started messing with a fuze box now my car wont start it cranks but no spark everything with the engine seems to be fine

You could have a bad coil. You might want to check your plug wiresIf they look a little old the could be bad. Also check you distributer. Goodluck and PEACE

SOURCE: engine cranks but no spark to start

Hi ,One sugestion is to chech your timing belt by taking the oil cap of and look if the valvas move when some one else crank the enginee,If they dont move the belt is bad , if they move check for fuel delivery and ignition module. Good Luck.

the 2 problems are seperate . The starter might have been the one draining your battery. The bushings on a starter can wear out and the core starts to fall down a little at a time until it hits the "beds" This causes the starter to lose speed as it falls. I would recomend that you replace the starter or have it rebuilt. The starting problem may be the coil or coils . although I don't know if your car has an external coil(s) or is built into the distributer.

SOURCE: Car fails to start one day and starts the next.

I would check all the relays and the computer .
They could be over heating when coming on for a while then shorting out.

SOURCE: engine wont start

Engine is flooded. Car must be taken to Mazda Dealer to have computer reset(flashed). I have a 2004 that needs this done about 3-5 times/year. Weird but true.

Does it have spark at the spark plug's ? Does it have fuel pressure ? Is the anti-theft light on ? Have you check ASD relay in the under hood fuse/relay box ? There are videos on youtube diagnosing engine cranks no start condition .

Cranks , wont start. No spark at all . tested all relays seem good .Car ran fine and then just wouldn't start one morning.

When you post a question please make sure you add make model and year this will help determine a more accurate response. However if it turns over and does not start it is likely the crankshaft sensor or lack of fuel getting to the carburetor or injectors.

93 honda accord wont start check engine light blinks rapidly

was there a solution to this one? my 93 accord lx is having the same trouble except it wont start at all now. ive got gas and spark and will crank but not start. wont throw a trouble code either just get the flashing CEL and clicking from control box which stops when the egr purge connector is opened. does anyone know the sequece of the egr/evap system. seems like something is getting hung up there. thanks

Why my van cranks but wont start

Hi Fabio:
Some check engine or anti-theft light there? We will have to pinpoint what the engine is missing...
- Spark
- Fuel
- Compression

All three of these are tested when the engine is being cranked over. There are two way of checking for fuel. Fuel pressure and fuel trigger. Both are very important and must be present for the car to start. Fuel pressure is self explanatory. You just hook up the gage and see what the reading is. Fuel trigger is check with a noid light. The injector gets unplugged and the noid light gets plugged in to the injector clip. With the engine cranking over, this light must blink. This is the signal to the injectors from the computer. You can have all the fuel pressure in the world, but it wont matter if the injector is not pulsing gas into the cylinder like it should! Compression tester, spark tester, fuel pressure gage and noid light are all accessible at your local auto store. All three tests play a very important part in diagnosing a no start condition.

Also, keep in mind that CKP sensor could be failed; scanned the PCM for fault codes stored.

I have a 2000 chey tracker and there is no spark going to the spark plugs. the engine cranks over just fine.. but wont start. the spark plugs use a coil pack the ignites it but they dont seem or look bad.....

check by listening to see if your starter is clicking over the engine and if not then you might have to replace the starter. My starter went out on me and did not make a clicking noise that turned over the engine which told me the same problem that your having too. Ok if the engine cranks over just fine but wont start is a statement that is not true whatsoever so please explain which one is it thanks.

My 1995 chevy corsica ran fine one day and the next morning wouldnt start. It trys to turn over but wont start. Spark plugs and coil packs are fine. Fuel filter is fine. What could cause this?

Try tapping on your PCM behind your glove box,also are you getting fuel pressure and a good blue spark at the plugs when cranking the engine?
