That depends on the terms of the specific warranty. For exact terms contact your dealer or whomever the warranty is with.

I have a Nov 2013 Santa Fe and my automatic wipers don't seem to be working properly, is this covered by warranty. I suspect it's the sensor

depends on the warranty period
if it is inside the new car warranty period , it is a factory warranty and will be covered
if it has some sort of other warranty then no as the warranty will only cover the power train

Kia sedona AC blows warm air

First check if compressor is rotating when AC switch turned on. If no, then either clutch failure or no power to clutch. You can follow the clutch wire up to the wiring harness beneath the crossmember covering the top of the radiator, stick pin in wire, check for voltage without major disassembly. If no voltage look for blown fuse. If voltage then clutch failure, must replace entire compressor.

If compressor needs replacement, then look for root cause. Most likely the suction line has a point of constriction or collapse. If so, its often visible if you know what to look for or feel for. Regardless, do not reuse a collapsed line and do not replace it with new KIA or OEM. Its a design defect. There is only one replacement that eliminates the point of constriction. It is only sold on eBay:

You can buy a new compressor and filter dryer together at Advance Auto Parts and get a Limited Lifetime Warranty on their "Tough One" brand. While they seem to honor their warranty, somewhat is disbelief of what is says, I have gotten a defective new compressor, so be aware that their quality may not be as good as their warranty.

You can remove old compressor and install new yourself if you can find a means or mechanic to remove and capture the freon down to zero pressure and after reassembly a means to run a vacuum for an hour. Illegal federal offense to dispose of freon to atmosphere. PRESSURE MUST BE TOTALLY REMOVED TO ZERO BEFORE DISCONNECTING THE COMPRESOR HOSES. "O" ring gasket connections must be flushly seated with no visible gap, otherwise will blow out upon refilling and you will have to start the vacuum process over again.

Most auto part stores and even BigLots ($6) sell freon in 12 oz cans with pressure measuring dispensor hose for refilling your system.

Need to replace a/c compressor

There shouldn't be any issue with a reman compressor. I haven't had to replace one, so i'm not sure on the brands... but make sure there's a decent warranty. Like since yours lasted under 2 years, make sure there's a year or two warranty on it - could save you the next time it dies.
Also make sure it was just the compressor, and not something like the AC cooler was obstructed so the whole system overheated... something that would kill the new compressor as well.

I have a 2008 Avenger, purchased 2007.August 18 2010 the a/c compressor was replaced at the dealership. On August 25 2011 the compressor is no longer working and needs to be replaced and of course the...

There are no problems at this time that i know off but this is not good, i would call dodge and talk to someone about this, go over the dealers head and tell them you had a problem with it and the dealer fixxed it and now again another bad compressor, this may be due to a bad compressor, i have seen this before with other cars, a new compressor just goes bad, it could be poor manufactoring or if they had to cover this the first time they may have used a rebuilt comprosser which i have found to be junk for the most part, all you can do is try to see if dodge will help if not maybe have some other garage check it.good day.

I have 2008 gmc yukon xl, ive replaced two compressors and i am on my third. makes a loud noise like doesnt want to engage blows cold then hot. and car shakes under hood makes crazy sounds. "snow flake"...

Sounds like the compressor is ok, but the orifice tube may be plugged, making the high pressure side shoot up to too high of a pressure rather quickly. When the pressure on the high side goes down, then the compressor tries to turn on and circulate refrigerant again, but can't for long because of the restriction.

There could be metal filings from the older compressors which were replaced still in the plumbing. Will have to evacuate the system and replace plumbing parts as necessary.

Hopefully your compressor is covered by warranty, but I would not count on it if contamination from old compressors was not properly removed by the prior service.

I would try to get warranty service, though.

The 'snow flake' blinks showing a problem in the a/c system.

A/c stopped working. Only blows hot air. Any sugestions. Was working great and suddenly stopped.

there is usually a switch to turn the compressor on. Have you also checked for freon leaks?

Same thing happened on my '87 acura and I had an extended warranty (guess what it wasn't covered).

Good luck.

Best bet have someone check pressure for year. Also if you still have a warranty I would send it in and let the dealer worry about. I know it is an inconvenience but hopefully they will take care of the problem.
