Electric throttle control actuator fault

the 2006 and all forenza. have big issues, see the TSB's on your. car see that huge list of nasty problems.
and is really not a suzuki its a Daewoo Lacetti, (OMG)

the diagnosis is complex. it's fly by wire.
and the FSM covers this. read the FSM?
or join Alldata.com and read the pages there on that.?
if all that is confusing take the car to any ASE certified mechanic.?
and mention TSBs in the same breath. he will know....

or google your DTCs, (not started here btw) and see all the horrors guessing and huge money spent guessing.

the system is a huge throttle servo,
you depress the throttle (a TPS) and the ECU ,(PCM) advances the throttle via a motor. if the motor sticks ore the throttle side (yes, 2 TPS) then if the body tps disagrees with demand it throws DTC errors. dont no believe them find out what what part is failing
.
That is:
1: is the TV motor free, and opening the TV properly.?
no , fix that. TV= throttle valve. (cleant it?)
2: is the Throttle body (TB) reporting throttle angle right?
no ?, oops, Suzuki don't sell it TB TPS, so you get to buy a whole new TB system. sux huh? big time $$$$$$

this is best all done with scan tools to see what is happening
if no tools?, guessing will be $$$
not only this , there can be a simple air leak causing all the tests to fail. making most of those DTCs a fib.....

keep in mind, the ECU never knows what part is wrong, that is MY job. (human tests)

This is what the code reader tells me. P161B, P0496,P2110, AND P2106 can you help me

P161B = Engine Torque Control - Limit Reached = the torque delivered by the motor has exceeded its rated value
P2106 = Throttle Actuator Control System - Forced Limited Power
and
P2110 = Throttle Actuator Control System - Forced Limited RPM = the engine overrevved , pumped more power than it was rated for and it had to be forced to slow down by closing the throttle.
All this is caused by P0496 = Evap Emmission high--- purge flow fault = the evap valve got stuck in the fully open position, pumped a lot of fuel in the motor and acted like a fully opened throttle; have it cleaned and if that doesn't fixes, replace it.
