SOURCE: water leaks on passenger side floor board when run
You need to carefully look just at or slightly below bottom of the air conditioner housing on the engine side of the firewall. Probably more visible from underneath the car. What you are looking for is a small rubber stub hose that sticks out from the wall. If that gets plugged (it's a drain for condensation) water will back up into the housing and leak on the floor. usually you can clear it by rolling the end between your fingers or sticking s short object in the end (not too long or too hard or you can punch a hole in the evaporator or heater core). if you have a problem finding it, cruise through a parking lot 'till you see a car like yours and ask to look.... Make sure their a/c works and drains though so you can find it.
It's best to look with the engine and ac on so it's actually working. NEVER put your hands into the engine bay when the engine is running though!!!

The usual problem when this happens is that the drain line from the AC condenser is plugged causing it to fill up with water which eventually finds a way out and drains onto the passenger side floor. It is fairly easy to fix but requires getting underneath the car on the front passenger side, locating the drain line, normally a flexible hose coming down through the frame roughly below the dashboard. and running something like a coat hanger up through the drain line to remove the blockage. Beware that water will start to run out the hose as the blockage is removed.
Some cars have this problem more frequently than others and you may have to repeat this procedure every year or so. When it starts dripping water on the passenger side again it's overdue.
