disconnect the reverse gear switch located at the gearbox. It's a two pin Connector with two wires, one of them is BROWN, and th other BROWN with BLUE stripe along. Make a short connection between those two wires, easiest way is to do it by usin simple paper clip. Turn the ignition IGN to ON position. and check the reverse lights. If Lights are on, than you need to replace the switch that you just disconnected as it's faulty.

thanks for your comments guys. I found the switch and noticed that the wire had snapped where it joined the wire bundle so i quick fix was easy.

insid ehe engine is another box where your relay switches are, also, behind the glove box you may have heard a clicking sound when your signals did work. check back there too

fuses are usually in the glove box or under the drivers dash or under the drivers side hood either physically inspect every fuse by pulling them one by one or the aid of a test light and a good ground to the test light
