Sounds like the heater in one of the O2 sensors is not working. But you would need to know which sensor to troubleshoot it.

SOURCE: location/testing of crank sensor 1995 jeep wrangler

Should be on the bellhousing on the drivers side just where you need rubber arms to reach it.Should have no continuity between b&c terminals (check with ohmeter) Harness plug is usually on the drivers side between the master cyl and the back of the engine (unless someone moved it)

Yes, that actually was an option for the jeep. A 4.0 inline 6cyclinder. Should be pretty straigh forward

1994 Jeep Wrangler 4cyl - Bleeding slave cylinder

This is not a bleeder hole, this is a weep hole like in a water pump to see when there is seepage past the seals.

Bench bleed the system. With the master cyl. line and slave cyl assembled, place the master cylinder in a vise, fill the master cyllinder. actuate the slave cylinder back and forth lower than the master cyl. This will allow the air to escape upwards back into and out of the master cyl.
Once bled the system can be installed.

Good Luck
