Your dash lights,MIL Lamps or check lights,
have been on all vehicle for over 30 years,
so I fail to see your lack of knowing what to do.
Your car is an exact copy of a Lincoln LS 2004 thru 2006,
have a shop check for codes & work on it
If you have codes & lots of details,i have an LS & lots
of experience with it,if you need suggestions, but I
can't guess at the unknown.
I would say most of your Ignition Coils have failed,
from what your saying ,if they are original from 2003/2004
A failed battery can cause throttle issues also, they only last
4 years & if it is like mine, it is in the trunk & has to be bought
at a dealer because of the vent hose fitting

SOURCE: The car hesitates like it is going to stop the

Wrench light, is "Service Engine Soon". Check light indicates there is a stored and current engine computer fault. Often referred to as a DTC,,,Detected Trouble Code. Stop by your Autozone or Advance Auto parts store and they can plug in a scanner that will tell what faults occured and possibly what you can do to take care of the problem,

Does it crank at all? put a wrench or socket on the crank shaft. Turn it clockwise. If it doesn't move, it is locked up. Replace the engine.

Cutlass ciera wont start

Does the starter spin the motor at normal cranking speed? If there seems too much friction, try turning the engine over by hand to check if the engine turns freely. Put a socket and wrench on the center crankshaft pulley bolt and turn clockwise. If you cannot turn the crankshaft with a wrench easily, then the starter can't either. Turn the crank all the way around to check for something preventing cranking.
Is the battery still enough power to crank at normal speed? If it's already too low, recharge it, and try again.

Car wont start

Probably the battery. Try jump starting it. Check to see if you left anything on overnight (dome light, etc.)
