My oil pressure gauge is bouncing all around on my 2003 Chevy Avalanche. It bounces from the low end to the high end and everywhere in between. Any idea what might be causing this?

Sounds like the oil pressure sensor. Thatt is the easiest thing to change. If not its the gauge. Put voltage to the wires from the switch and see if the gauge stops jumping and stays pegged, if it does its the switch Good luck

the cable may look fine. but it doesn't do the job as it supose to do.
have a repair shop adjust the cable for the EB so the brake will catch.
