Check your MAP and TP sensors. Your throttle body may be having trouble determining position and is compensating by adjusting RPMs.

I replaced the knock sensor on my 1994 Chevrolet Silverado C3500 and my truck is still running rough and have a hard time getting above 2000 rpms. Anything above that it wants to stall out and shut off.

How are the O2 sensors? Any trouble codes stored? You can get a free code read at most auto parts stores.

O2 sensors usually don't set codes though.

2004 Chev Silverado 5.3 fouls spark plugs left side only

The knock sensor code is likely not the problem but the code is a side effect of the real problem. Causes could be a malfunctioning upsteam O2, a sticking fuel injector or a valve problem.

2004 chevy silverado 5.3L V8 runs rough and stalls

Well, code 336 is for a problem with the crank sensor, and code 171 is for fuel system too lean bank one which is the side with cylinder one. Since you have checked fuel pressure and I will assume fuel volume is good, the crank sensor or circuit could be at fault.

I have a check engine light on with a P0101 MAF sensor code and it appears to be using coolant. its a 2003 chevrolet silverado with the 5.3L V8. im thinking it might be the intake gasket? what is the flat...

The intake gasket could cause the MAF code and a rough idle when cold. But not the coolant issue. The intake is a dry intake. It doesn't have coolant running thru it. Check the water pump for leaks

Have a 2004 Chevy Silverado need some help. Where is the knock sensor located?

There are two knock sensors on your engine, and they are underneath the intake manifold. You will have to remove the intake to get to the sensors.

How to reset check engine light

well other than buying a cheapo scan tool at a parts store you can disconnect the battery for about a minute and reconnect it. usually that will do the trick but you may also lose your radio presets. and if the knock sensor problem isnt addressed, the light will come back on eventually
