This is a strange code that doesn't appear to have one definitive reason, it's a bit of "you have a bit of a problem, but we aren't sure". Just Answer dot com mechanic says it is the MAF Sensor.
There is no such code for a 2005 Ford Freestyle. P0641 does not exist in the code chart. It goes from P0622 to P0645. Are you sure you wrote it down correctly?
Had a car with same problem. Was temperature sensor. Do you know how to check relays? And do you know how to use paper clip and jump relay switch in fuse box? You need to jump relay to make sure air compressor is working to fill with freon.
the code is for a ac clutch relay you may have a short in the relay check in the relay block under the hood it has labels to tell you which relay it is. Most likely this has caused your battery to be drained.
