I would have the fuel pump pressure tested when it doesn't start, I will bet the fuel pump is failing. The electric pump is located inside the fuel tank.

Do you know what the right kick panel is ?
Can you tell us the problem? How do you know you have a blown fuse? Your owners manual may give fuse box information. You may have an under hood fuse box.
