Google your Vehicle & the FTT Sensor
Lots of info if you use the internet.
Replacing exhaust converters should only happen
every 14 years, when they wear out, anything sooner, they failed for a reason
That should be resolved BEFORE you ever replace them

U0421 code

refers to catalytic convertor sensors reading's out of range , one possible cause is unleaded fuel had been used , could also be a manifold leak , engine temperature sensor not recording temp , so there are a few things that need checking out , i'd also recommend running a tank of fuel with an addative in , choose one that cleans the catalytic convertor as well as the valves etc, keep me posted if you wish

2003 chevy aveo #1 O2 sensor

#1 is the up-stream sensor (The O2 sensor located before the Catalytic Convertor). #2 is the down-stream O2 sensor. This sensor is located after the Catalytic Convertor. I hope this helps, let me know if you have other questions concerning this issue. Good luck.

I have a 2007 dodge ram 1500 two weeks ago i drove 1300 miles about a 100 miles from my end point my vehicle started stalling out it was whenever i would step on the gas it would stall the RPM's will...

low fuel pressure doesn't set a fault code nor does a clogged catalytic convertor. Dodge vehicles don't have a serviceable fuel filter, but you can do a fuel volume test when the vehicle acts up.

What do I need to do when this code is given? Po420 code

A P0420 is a code given by the PCM to indicate that it's detected efficiency of the catalytic converter is decreased - or that the catalytic converter isn't working correctly.

The PCM determines this by the readings it gets from the oxygen sensors before and after the catalytic converter. The code can be caused by a bad catalytic convertor or a bad heated oxygen sensor. It can also be caused by the fuel system if a malfunction there is trying to make the fuel/air ratio too extreme (lean or rich) to make the oxygen sensor attempt to work outside of their specified range.

I would recommend taking your vehicle to your local trusty auto repair facility and having them diagnose the issue and recommend a course of action. Don't be afraid to take it to multiple places to get second opinions.

Mil on fault code p2188 help please

2188 rich at idle,Ive seen the injector creat this fault by not having the ability to atomize fuel properly are you willy to put a bottle of fuel injector cleaner in the fuel tank. This vehicle is equipt with a air ratio when it fails system goes lean, try this first but dont wait too long rich condition can destroy the catalytic convertor

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say your catalytic convertor is damaged. Do not drive this car. A damaged convertor can ruin your engine or catch on fire.

Check that your exhaust is free flowing and the catalytic convertors are not plugged up.
