Alloy has been buckled due to a pot hole) now tire keeps going flat.

You need a new wheel. Your continued use of this damaged wheel is not only inconvenient (you must continue to blow up the tire) but also dangerous. Your tire was probably damaged when you hit the pot hole and could suddenly fail at any time. Your wheel is now also out of balance and can cause other mechanical troubles with your 27 year old car.

CTS Seat Belt is Locking

seat belts are never repaired, you will need to replace it,and no have never seen a complaint about this problem, there may be a recall but only the dealer would know that, it goes by the VIN of your car.

Front wheel lugs are breaking

Hello, Are you using the factory wheels? If you are using aftermarket wheels, the wheel center might not be fitting snugly on the hub like it should causing the wheel to move slightly. The bolts aren't the only thing you need to keep the wheel centered. If the wheel starts moving up and down it will eventually break the studs.
If you find this information to be correct would you please enter a "fixya" rating.
