SOURCE: I have a P0847 code on my 2006 Honda Civic DX.

make sure the sensor is still plugged in :) it may just need to be replaced. Dont drive until you do, if you can, take to the dealer, should be a less than 200$ fix total.

Honda Civic car will not go over 20 miles per hour and doesn't and doesn't go over 3000rpm stopped in park or even driving after 10 miles

This is known as "get me home" mode/limp mode.
It is designed for you to get the car safely to the side of the road. Needs to go to a garage as there is a fault somewhere which will probably need attaching to a computer to investigate.

Check engine light came on my 2004 honda civic ex start it up shakes a minute then runs fine but light stays on

That's because the car is putting itself into "limp"mode. Take it some where to have the code read without the code number it tells me nothing.

What is limp mode?

Hi, limp mode or (limp-in mode or limp-home mode)occurs when your computer in your car is not communicating with the sensors on your engine. On some cars(volkswagon Passat for example) If you disconnect the battery then the computer will lose all of the settings and will go into limp-in mode.
The car will have little power and a top speed of only about 30 miles per hour.
The function of limp-in mode is to get you to a place that can repair the car but the car is barely drivable.

Rev limiter on my 2000 Honda civic going on at 3500 rpms. Not sure what the problem is.

Have you or anyone else done any work to the car lately? Your car is in "limp" or "safe" mode - the car's computer thinks something is wrong with the car, and is only allowing it to get to 3500rpm to prevent any further damage to the engine. Check around for any loose wiring, particularly around the ECU.

Need Honda Civic Audio CODE

I had the same problem, took it to a Honda dealership and it took them about 2 minutes to reset it, and he gave me the code. All for free, and I didn't buy the car there. Don't pay!
