Proxxon micromot spare collet set

I am in need for a set of collets with the nut as mentioned in the subject line. Could you tell the sizes(dimensions) of those accessories, as I could not find any information on the official web resource. I am particularly interested to know the thread used on the nut and need you to confirm its size to be 8mmx0.75mm pitch. Is this the case? I also need to know if the stem diameter of collets is somewhat like 4.3mm with the length being about 15mm. Is this also the case? Thanks a lot in advance for answers.

The set of collets # 28940 contains 6
    collets with the diameters of 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.4, 3.0 and 3.2 millimeters.

The thread size on the collet nut is metric
    8 x 0.75 millimeters.

The base / stem of the collet measures 4.77

The length of the collet is 20 millimeters.

Confirmed very true! Worked awesome with Mastercraft unsupported tool. Fit perfectly on a flex shaft rotary head. Super high quality set of collets!

It is kind of pointless to answer a question, which was answered long time ago... If you read my original post... Firstly, the thread size of the collet nut is 8x0.75mm, it is not a standard size, this is fact. Secondly, each collet in the set has the same outer dimensions, consisting of stem and head, Stem is cylindrical part that is inserted into rotary shaft, and head is the part that gets tightened between the nut and the socket. I hope we are clear on this. I do not need any answers on this subject, but if you feel like you need clarifications, I'd be glad to help.

Metric pitch is in 3 types
1 , 1.5 ,1.75 so you will be looking at 1.75 for the pitch so it will be 8mm X 1.75
what do you call the stem diameter
is that the hole in the collets or the shaft diameter that the collets are fitted in under the nut

SOURCE: Wheel nut PCD

Most of the on-line purveyors of rubber have a search feature that will show you the selection of tires and aftermarket wheels available for your ride.
Judging from your spelling of 'tires' <grin> you must come from a more civilized part of the world, so this link is only for reference purposes, shipping costs would be a deal killer:

Hyundai Tucson 07 heard loud clanging noise 3 times over the last 3 years but never been able to find what it was. Now noise is all of the time. Mechanic found broken collet. What would cause this?

If you mean a broken valve collet then this is likely to just be a random failure that can happen. The other possibility is that you have been continually over reving the engine which might in the longer term cause damage. Plus it is important that you have the vehicle serviced regular so have you been doing that.

Can I fit valve stem seals without taking the head off on 1600 sentra 1997

No you can't..
Fitting valve stem seals involves removing the valve springs. This means the valve has to be held in place by a valve spring compressor (bought from almost any spares outlet). The springs are compressed by placing one end of the compressor tool on the valve face and the other end over the spring cap, then squeezing the tool to compress the spring, then removing the split collets that hold the spring in place, removing the spring cap and spring, then eventually you have access to the stem seals.
The head has to be removed to accomplish all this.

How are valves removed after cam is removed

You need to take the head off, and you need a valve spring compressor. Basically the valve spring compressor is like a big clamp, as you clamp the spring you will need to be careful as two small collets will fall out. They are small half cone shaped items. When you pull the collets out, slowly release the compressor then take off the top plate and remove the spring/s (sometimes there is a smaller spring inside the bigger spring.). Take off all the springs and then gently remove the valve. Repeat for all other vavles.

One word of caution, grab a piece of cardboard. Say the top ears of a box mark numbers on it. If it is a 4 cyl and only has 2 valves per cylinder. Then you will need to mark it as cyl 1 in ex and then put each valve at the corresponding place. Inlet valve goes under the in mark. Or just get a permanant marker and mark the face of each. This way you won't mix them up.
